Welcome to Streamworks.GG Streaming, LLC ("Streamworks.GG," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Streamworks.GG website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Streamworks.GG immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our Services may include subscriptions ("All-Access Pass") and one-time purchases ("PPV Events"). By selecting a subscription or purchasing a PPV event, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring or one-time basis, as applicable.
Subscription fees are billed monthly (or annually, if selected) and automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription through your account management settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
For certain PPV events, a portion (up to 60%) of the net revenue, combined with your verified watch time, will be allocated to the specific local venue hosting the event. This allocation is subject to change based on contractual agreements and is not guaranteed for every event.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, especially minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Users are required to report any concerning content immediately.
