Community Safety

Our Commitment to Protecting Our Community

Our Commitment

At Streamworks.GG, the safety of our community—especially children—is our highest priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment for all users and take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

The Challenge of Live Content

Our platform includes live streaming capabilities, which presents unique moderation challenges. While we implement multiple safeguards and monitoring systems, the real-time nature of livestreams means we cannot review every second of every stream before it reaches viewers.

Despite our best efforts and sophisticated detection systems, we recognize that harmful content could potentially appear on our platform. This is why we need your help to keep our community safe.

We Need Your Help

Community vigilance is essential to maintaining a safe platform. If you encounter any content that appears to involve child exploitation, inappropriate content involving minors, or any other illegal activity, we need you to act immediately.

What to Do If You See Harmful Content:

  1. Stop watching immediately - Do not record, screenshot, or share the content
  2. Report to us - Use our Contact Page to submit an immediate report with:
    • Stream name or channel URL
    • Date and time of incident
    • Brief description of the concerning content
    • Any other relevant details
  3. Report to authorities - File a report with your local law enforcement or:

Our Safety Measures

We actively implement multiple layers of protection, including:

  • Human moderation teams reviewing reported content
  • Swift account suspension for violations
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and child safety organizations
  • Regular safety audits and system improvements

Reporting to Authorities

When CSAM or CSAE is reported to us, we will:

  • Immediately remove the content and suspend the associated account
  • Preserve all relevant evidence
  • File reports with NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement
  • Take steps to prevent the offender from creating new accounts

We strongly encourage all community members to also report directly to law enforcement or NCMEC, as this helps ensure the fastest possible response to protect children.

Anonymous Reporting

We understand that reporting sensitive content can be difficult. You can report concerning content anonymously through our Contact Page. However, providing contact information can help us follow up with additional questions if needed.
